We stand behind the quality of our products at The Wood Life LLC. Please note that all sales on custom engraved products are final unless there is a defect. We take great care to ensure that each custom creation meets our high standards, but in the rare instance of a defect, we are committed to making it right.

For non-custom items, our standard return policy applies, allowing returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee. Defective non-custom items are eligible for a free replacement.
